Some new projects

Alright I have a few more projects to post.  First I am going to post a card that I made at the request of a friend.

I got the grim reaper bear from Little Scraps of Heaven.  They have some really cool SVG files you can use on your Cricut if you have Sure Cuts a Lot.

I used a 60 to stamp in the background with Desert Sand ink from CTMH.  The cupcake came from my Sweet Treats set from My Scrap Chick (another SVG file creator).  I used Glimmer Glam to sparkle up the base of the cupcake and some stickles to decorate the rest of the cupcake.

Before I made this card I had a little fun and staged a tag with my G.R.

 

Once I figure out how to rotate the picture I will.  Shame on me.  Anyway it was suggested a good title for this would be "I love you to death". 

Birthday Cards

Well now that Christmas is over its on to different card making. What I am working on now is making cards for people's birthdays.  I have posted two different cards here.
 
The flower card is made using paper folding techniques.  This is the card I used for a recent birthday card swap I was involved in. 

The next card is one I made for my uncle for his birthday. 

Notice the card layout is a bit larger than normal.  If you take an 8.5 X 11 piece of paper and fold it into two pieces, you will have a card that fits nicely into a legal sized envelope.  The skunk is from www.myscrapchick.com.  I love her stuff!! You can cut all of her patterns out using the Cricut and Sure Cuts A Lot 2.0 software.
